Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Provide necessary access to systems, accounts, and materials
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Respect intellectual property rights

Payment Terms

Intellectual Property

Client Materials

Deliverables

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Adaptech Designs retains the right to use completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes.

Third-Party Assets

Any third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) used in projects are subject to their respective licensing terms.

Limitation of Liability

Adaptech Designs' liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for those services.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Warranties and Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure quality and accuracy but cannot guarantee error-free delivery or uninterrupted service.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Termination terms include:

• Payment for all work completed to date
• Delivery of work in progress (if applicable)
• Return of client materials
• Cessation of further obligations
